IP Addresses, names, addresses, all can be given out if your OpSec is not on point and you were stupid enough not to use fake information while doing something illegal.

Now that you got your question answered how about we discuss mitigations for the next step.. knock out your own teeth, grow your hair long and lastly use liquid soap as it is very difficult to pick up and allows you for maximum time of being profitable in prison while still keeping some of your dignity!

Seems that you are from Bulgaria, i was in DANS and GDbop Cybercrime. Sure they can, specially the first ones.The first ones found me in 1 day, while the police needed around 15 days, to get ip adresses from 1 popular site, and then ask the provider about my real location. That was several years ago, now days im kinda "friend" with one guy working in DANS, helped them in some ddos thing not long time ago.
Depends on which country you're in, different places different laws. I think in the US, most service providers are required to hand your info to law enforcement if they have a warrant/subpoena. So unless you set everything up yourself (including hardware, servers...etc) it's pretty easy to find you.
