If I wanted to make a clone of https://www.smartlaunch.com/

Can this be made using winapis? If so can anyone point me in the right direction?

What does this do exactly ? Just install the games or is it more complex ? Can you do a little tl;dr for the functionality you want in it.. I can try and help.. I know Powershell for Windows and Bash for Linux a bit.. They are really program languages per say..more like CLI scripting languages..

They can get the job done fast.. They can download + install stuff automatically on many computers.. and they can like rename files and folders..
The language to use depends on what you want to do exactly..perhaps a summary of what exactly the software does will help us understand..

Hello, Infinity..

You'll have to be a little more clear in your question.

Are you referring to the web-development or something more particular (a program)?

If it's a program (in general): Yes.
Anything/Everything you see on the Windows OS series can be reproduced with the Win32 API.

I hope this helped.
