1. You have 12 members at max what I've seen so far, you don't need any staff to manage your sites, you can do this by your own.
2. On your overwatch forum, it's pretty pathetic to charge up to $200 for a single rank including an image that belongs to Blizzard without any worth features at all.
3. It's pretty uneccessary to have an extra forum for every game. + I don't see a reason why people would go to yours instead of the offical ones.
4. Theme is overused

Creating 6 forums seems counter productive. You're better off combining all of those forums into one and working from there. Interesting concept, poor execution. Also I recommend starting out with few categories and expanding as you grow. Gaming forums are a saturated niche. Most of those games also already have forums. You could get lucky with the PUBG forum though. I wish you the best of luck, with your current idea you're in for a load of work. SEO and creating backlinks for 6 forums is going to be a head ache.

Yeah to each his own but you should focus on making one forums really big and than move onto the next one. Forums are really competitive and with Facebook groups and stuff a lot of forums are dying.

IMO focus on one, delete the rest.

I always liked the idea of creating such a network but it's hard to keep up with it.

Step 1: Shut down for maintenance
Step 2: Delete all but one forum
Step 3: Point domains to the domain you wish to use
Step 4: ???
Step 5: WIN

The forums looks pretty good and so is the design of the main site, simple yet sweet.

I would however suggest you to merge all forums into one with categories for each individual game. That would really boost the visitors on a single website and hence provide you much better results depending on what you seek for.

Using the same theme for every forum, pretty lame.
