I couldn't find any either. The ebook version is only $40 compared to the 160 the physical copy is, but since it was 2015 I thought somebody would have had a pdf by now. Oh well

You can download the book as individual chapters (not sure if it is all chapters, but use the following pattern):
http://www.toddiwema.com/assets/pdf/vb/vbChX.pdf

replace the "X" with the numbers 1 through 14. Hope that helps.

Don't worry, I have like half of the book, but without the exercises, so I only got half helped. Nobody has found the full book, so you didn't fail.

I have never got along with eBooks. Would much rather pay for a book. Price it against your future, if this is the path for you. When I first started ut eBooks were no around. Had to wait until O'Reilly Media sent the latest catalogue.

Wrox.com was another favourite brand of mine. Got in a bit of trouble around 2001 off the top of my head. Not quite the same now but still solid books.
