We agreed step by step payment what i dont usually do.
You agreed that you will got Server+domains and panel url against first payment which was 150$
When you pay another 150$ you will get full access to the panel and for files and also server ownership will be moved to you.

You start fighting after first payment when server and all was configured and want product worth of 250$ with only half of the payment upfront with servers and all?
Like i say you on the jabber, you can come and talk here and we can also finish this how you and i agreed it, i cant release panel or file access you before i have paid also to the author.
