Whats the best plug-in for this its not a mybb forum its a blog but I want to have the users who sign up have the ability to talk

amongst each other in the chat box. I cant seem to find a post on google that isnt a live chat support option.

Discord is a really popular option due to it just being a small JavaScript file to copy over. Not sure if this would be possible into myBB but i would think so.

If you want your chatbox to share the same user database as your blog it won't be that easy unless there is specifically a chatbox module/plugin made for your blog CMS or whatever.
You're saying you are using wordpress, i googled wordpress chatbox and got a few results pretty easily...
Try out this one : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wise-chat/
