Hello HF, it's been a while. I'm here to offer my programming experience in the form of a paid service. In my time away from this forum I've acquired a lot of knowledge and experience in computer programming and would say I'm fairly proficient in most aspects. Most of my professional experience is utilizing the .NET framework (mainly C#) and doing full stack development (Front-end, Back-end, and database).
The list of technologies I've used and am able to utilize:
Programming Languages
Web Development
Related Applications
If you require a resume I can provide you with one upon request.
Things that I won't do
Freelance Rates
Most of the time it will be determined by the scope of the project. I will first determine if I can do it in a timely manner, make time estimates on how long it should take and assign a rate to the work. Since this is my first time doing a service like this on HF I will be giving FIXED rates for the first couple of projects, meaning no matter how many hours it takes to complete the amount in the end will be the same as the given rate for the project. I will most likely work on a prototyping basis, where I show you X amount of work into the project and then will require payment to complete the project. This shows that I have the ability and am actively working on said project and I know that I will be getting payment for it. If you want to work out a half and half deal, I might be open to that as well, payment details can be up to personal discussion.
I do not plan on taking multiple projects at a time, I will however be open to putting people on a waiting list to ensure that your project will be the next one I take on. If the volume of projects on the waiting list becomes long I will stop taking requests until the list of projects is completed.
I will most likely be accepting payment via paypal and crypto (BTC/LTC).
Tutoring
I actually have a decent amount of experience teaching computer programming, a bit through a vocational technical program in high school and a lot in college where I was teacher's assistant for the main programming course where I helped teach the first four quarters of the incoming class. If you would like tutoring, I would be willing to set up something depending on your requests and we can work out a rate together. I will ONLY be accepting people who actively want to learn, not those that just want me to help them with their homework for class.
Transparency
I would like to keep whatever work I do for you as transparent as possible. If you would like to enter some kind of support deal where you pay me X to support your application, that's fine, otherwise when the project is finished I will give you the working entity (whatever that might be, website, application, service, etc) and the source code associated with it after you've given the green light AND I've received commensurate payment.
I am generally not an asshole, if you want to change or add something during the development process, ask anything about the project before or while it's in development, it's all good. If I don't immediately respond to you for whatever reason, I'm probably busy doing something else.
Contact
I never plan on launching skype again, so please don't ask. I mainly use discord and am open to email and twitter correspondence as well, just ask.

Things that I won't do
- Graphic design, I am not a graphic designer, I can do some work in CSS and fix code related display issues.
- Things that are a waste of time, ie your dumbass homework problems that are easily solved with Google
- Things that will directly break laws, ie using stolen licensed libraries, obvious non-grey area blackhat shit with legal ramifications (ie DOS tools).
