User is a optimistic scammer , he exchanges INR money with you for his needs and will say he is busy at work and cant pay at instant and delays more than a month .
When he gets a new currency exchanger he want to return the money after 2 months which is not in crypto

he doesn't have money

Currency exchanges PM proof below were I went first with him in every deals , I trusted him and waited for him to send me the money back ...........

And instead of giving you the XLM he used your money to pay off a debt?

It seems 'Incredible' is admitting to your allegations by saying he purposely used your money, and had no intentions of actually doing the exchange until months later due to his financial situation.
And now he is simply not fulfilling it, even without his debt, because you called him out.

You admit to owing the guy money for months, you do not agree to pay him back in the funds agreed to but instead the same currency dealt with.
You claim he only posted this thread to ruin your 7 year membership, but the chat logs clearly show, he discussed, got fed up with your answer and THEN posted the Dispute.

Yes he created a fake scam report thread too , and he is spoiling the old members respect on HF .I dunno how long he will delay to pay my money 😵
