For those of you who don't know who Logan Paul is, he's the guy who posted the video of the suicide victim of Japan's suicide forest on youtube. After weeks of being shamed he's back, tasering dead rats... Youtube decided to remove ads from his videos, no more Youtube money for him.

i think people are just reaching too far. yeah i don't like the guy, but man people need to know where to draw the line and let a kid just enjoy life. if i was in his position i would be doing probably just as much if not more stupid shit. people need to realize he's 22 years old with millions in his wallet, not many people know how to deal with that especially coming from a average middle-class family. hate all you want, but hate on important topics, not some shit peta promotes. peta is a dying brand simply because of the amount of stupidity and oppressive bullshit they promote. do your own research and watch a few of his videos, he may be a dickhead but you will see he is still just a kid. everyone grows up eventually.

With as much money as he has, and as long as he's been making videos for youtube... he's running out of content and has to do out of the box shit to keep his fans happy.
It's sad that when he goes to do that, it's over for him.
They temporarily suspended it. As much as I would like to believe this is the beginning of a wave of change on YouTube, I am stuck at cautiously optimistic.
Has anyone here watched his visit to Japan video? I'm not talking about the suicide forest part, but the video where he's running around disrespecting their culture. That's why I don't like him, or care for his content. Before that video I hadn't seen any of his other Youtube videos, only a vine here and there. But from the videos I've seen of him, I can't say I like this guy very much. He's a total obnoxious moron. The dead rat's didn't get to me, but the disrespect of the Japanese culture and the filming of a dead body for views was enough to give me a bad opinion on this guy. Young or not, he still needs to be held accountable for his poor actions.

Yeah he is obnoxious but so is half of Youtube.
They are rich kids behind a camera with a big fan base.
He's not the first to disrespect a culture and he won't be the last.
I have seen many many people disrespect full cultures especially on TV and nothing is ever done about it.

I don't know, he seems not to be too bad. I've heard about it but I don't watch people like this because it's not my thing.
The smashing plates thing, for example, would've made everyone mad AF back when I watched vlogs, but it's basically just to get the viewer to be like WOAH- paying attention from there on out.
From there it's a mix of 'hey you viewers are my friend' with a lot of shock value.
Beyond that, YouTube probably suspended his ad revenue because of backlash from the companies showing up on his videos. They don't give a fuck about the views- they still get money for his ads (and a lot of it, with the views he brings in)- and they won't stop until publishers show concern, pulling out from the campaigns and so on.
I guess his career is fucked. With the attention he has been getting, he will never find a job after this. He's stuck, I guess
