System32 read only?!?!

Is there a way to make a copy of cmd.exe and rename it to osk.exe or sethc.exe... this was the only way i knew how to hack into computer with usb or dvd. But suddenly system32 is read only! I can't change anything in this folder even if i boot from linux. Any help?
Suddenly? System32 has always been read only.
I sometimes come around and poke a few threads before leaving for a few months again.
Launch a live distribution of Linux, open the now unprotected hard drive, rename, profit.
Agreed .. System32 has always been read only.

Im clearly missing the idea with the renaming thing, just make a copy of the cmd file and put it elseware, and rename the copy to whatever you want and put it in system32
