Hi all,

I'm not really sure what I am trying to do falls under hacking, my guess is the solution lies more so in programming. Anyways, I wan to scrape questions and answers from online practice exams, that I think are built with javascript. It is a pretty basic online exam...you get a question and 4 answer choices to select. Once you select it and submit, it tells you if you got the question right or wrong, and it gives you the correct answer if you got it wrong. Then you move on to the next one and so on and so forth.

I want to compile a word document or something of the sort with all of the questions and answers from these online practice exams. I am basically trying to build a super study guide that doesn't require me to be online or require me to click through questions, etc. I just want all the questions and answers in text format so I can easily scroll through them to study.

My thought is maybe a program, that actually goes in and takes all of the practice tests, and scrapes the question and answers from them into text format? I have no programming skills, let alone hacking skills, so I don't know if there is something out there that would do this for me, or if this is even possible?

Scrapy is a tool we use in linux to do this, not too sure about Windows.

How difficult do you think it would be for me to set that up in this case, with little knowledge?

The site has like 8 different sections, and each section has sub-sections with specific questions..so it would need to dive into a bunch of different areas to get the questions.

https://www.tutorialspoint.com/scrapy/index.htm best way to start right there. read through a bit see if this is something that you can do . If it isn't wait for someone else to answer with a simpler more user friendly solution
