Automating input on a website that requires a login

I'm working on a tool that will perform a simple lookup on a website with data imported from a text file, grab the results from the source, export them into a separate text file, and then repeat. I was hoping to use MechanicalSoup for it but I've run into a bit of an obstacle.

The website I'm using requires a session to do what I need it to do, and due to captcha I can't automate the login. Is there any way for me to get around this? Are there other libraries designed to handle problems like this?
You could use DeathByCatcha to bypass this limitation although it's not free.

I'll probably use this. Thanks.
