You’re probably a new, non-upgraded member if you are reading this so first of all, welcome to HackForums!
I’m sure you are here because of the title and want a free l33t upgrade (if not then you might have clicked the wrong thread).
Anyway, I am giving away 20 L33t upgrades by May 31st, 2018, with half of them being gone by April 10th.
This contest is to give non-upgraded members a chance on the forums. Let’s face it, non-upgraded members aren’t always shown the most respect yet every single member (aside from Omniscient) started as a non-upgraded member at one point. Regular members often want to be known and respected for their contributions but may get overlooked due to their status and that’s just not fair.
The goal of this contest is to not only to support HackForums and Omniscient, but to hopefully give new/regular members a chance to be something on HackForums – one upgrade at a time.
Requirements:
Must be a regular/non-l33t member.
Account must be newer than 2016 (Join date after December 31st, 2016)
Must be active on the forum. This means contributing and helping around the forums.
Must not be considered low quality.
Overall, be a benefit and not a nuisance to the community.
How to enter:
Each non-upgraded member gets 1 “free” entry by simply posting that they are interested in being upgraded to l33t. After that post, the only way to get more entries is by doing something meaningful such as creating a guide/tutorial, releasing something useful/interesting, or anything that shows your quality. If you do one of the above things, simply post a link to it on this thread and a short description of it (50 or so characters is fine). Please do not message me directly or spam the thread.
Please note that additional entries must be done AFTER the date this thread was posted.
How winners will be chosen:
At least one person will be chosen per two weeks. I will be periodically checking this thread and checking up on each person who posts. Winners will be chosen on a case-by-case basis. It’s a mix of quality, activity, and a bit of randomness.
