I think the control panel works just fine. Or if you know what you are doing, Farbar works as well.

Control panel > programs and features.

If for some reason that program isn’t shown, CCleaner has a decent uninstaller.

I believe as long as you delete the primary directory, it should be good to go. Assuming all it did was write things to that directory and nothing else.

Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall and clean left overs of the programs you will uninstall.

Windows programs and features work fine.
If you want it completed removed you might need to clear your temp directory and delete the registry files associated with the set program.
