Why in the world would you design a site where the damn navbar takes up like 20% of the screen. I literally inspected element and deleted it cause it was just THAT AWFUL.

Fix that. It's literally awful.

I deleted some of it and I personally think this looks better. Overall I will just say, general forums are a money pit in getting traffic to these days, but if you're just doing it for something to do and to learn a lesson, then go for it. If you're actually gonna try to get money off it, stop.

I don't see what you two are complaining about. My header is smaller than most forums, hackforums being included. If you're referring to the line of text "Welcome Guest". that section is a guest message that disappears once you've left index, or logged in.

Header is 110px, while hackforums is 210px, yet no one is complaining?

Well that was when the header was fixed to the top of the screen. Obviously no one cares when it isn't scrolling with you.

The most successful forums I've seen have been genre specific and yours doesn't seem to be. Maybe pivot into some specific genre without disturbing the part of the forum that is working? Just my 2 cents.
