So jus got this new cpu trying to get the most out of it without even coming close to damaging it and it seems to be running stable at these settings let me know if I should keep pushing or if this is enough for a stock cooler

Use Aida64:

To test stability set it up like this:

Run it for 20 min, if it doesn't throttle or go above 80c then good to go.

If it does then either lower the multiplier or raise the CPU voltage a little, stay under 1.4v, the stock cooler might not even let you go that high depending on your chip.
