The Amazon link comes with a discrete graphics card. You could probably find better.
I would suggest sourcing refurbished parts and building a better PC in that price range, also that graphics card is siht in the amazon one.

i don't have a clue about pcs never mind how to build one, i'd end up taking ages looking into it and im not confident it would go well
are the pcs i looked at really not worth the price?

is there other forums i could seek help from or do you have any suggestions of pcs i should consider?
Why are you looking at PCs from 2011?

I wouldn't recommend either of them.

How much is your budget?

With that budget it's not going to happen.

I would recommend:

That is the best you can get (new) for your budget.

If you can find a used system with say an i7-4770/k, i7-4790/k ect, you may find one for £400-£500 with a lower end GPU....

Honestly I would take a Ryzen 2400g over an old 4770 & 750ti any day of the week.

Maybe if he got lucky and found a 4770k with like a 7970 or some other old high end gpu.
