Phishing/Virus Emails Are Really Going Downhill These Days

They're just not putting the type of effort into these emails like they used to. It's a damn shame.

Anyway at first glance you can obviously tell it's a fake, and the email instructs me to download the attached file. Seems legit.

But wait, what?

They're just completely lacking in the effort department today. They couldn't even rename their file.

Come on you Indians you can do better than that

Actually I just found out that I'm retarded and it was the anti-malware service of Hotmail that renamed and replaced the file

But still, I'm getting tired of them not putting any effort into their phishing emails.

The goal is to send it to as many computer illiterate users as possible. Lacks effort, but still works if the recipient is unaware of what phishing is. Ironic that we're about to have self-driving cars yet we haven't eradicated one of the oldest type of technological cancer that is phishing.

Oh well.
Half the time the people sending these barely even speak english so the messages are just so shit and obviously fake. I think at this point its more of they can just send so many someone is BOUND to click on it. They dont even bother trying to make them seem super real most of the time.
Hey, they are being honest and it should be applauded.
