GTA V is a pretty good game and still holds up well. If you like shooters, you could try Overwatch, unless you already have it on PC, then no point getting it on the PS4.

Destiny 2 is also pretty good, but it's an MMO, so it's gonna be rather grindy.

surprised nobody has mentioned Fortnite. It's free and probably the most popular multiplayer game out right now. Bloodborne is free for download this month if you have PSN Plus too.

Well the few exclusives that haven't been mentioned and might be worth mentioning are: Gran Turismo Sport (racing), The Last Guardian (action-adventure), Gundam Versus (if you're unfamiliar with the game series though you may want to steer clear of it), Nioh (like Dark Souls, but you're a samurai killing people + demons. Worth mentioning it is on PC), Crash Bandicoot trilogy (remastered, old game but still amazing), Gravity Rush 1 + 2, and several rpgs/jrpgs like Star Ocean and Persona 5

Fallout 4 is one of favorites.
If you like racing games, try GT sport.
