I'm selling a Phone Call Spammer Script.
It's all coded in PHP and very simple to use!
I mainly used this for US and Canada, but you MAY be able to do this in other countries. I am NOT sure.

What does it do? Sends mass amounts of phone calls to your desired phone number.
1) Enter the phone number
2) Enter the amount of times you want to spam the phone number
3) Submit the form
4) The number you entered will start getting calls instantly, and every 3-4 seconds a new call goes through which makes their phone unusable.

Requirements,
 Website hosting or you can set up XAMP on your computer to host it on localhost.

I know the script is in php but what api or software you using to actually execute calls. Php does not have funcionality to make physicall calls to any number
