Description
So I purchased 2 Shell gas codes, through the user's selly link. I paid for it via PayPal and received 2 codes in an e-mail. Everything seemed to be going great. I used one of the codes soon after purchasing and the first code worked. I went home and drove for a bit and came back to redeem my next shell code. Then when I tried to redeem my last code it said "Account not found, contact support." I thought I was sold a wrong code and I am within the 12 hr warranty, so I contacted Hendrick from here. Hendrick apologizes and says he will replace my code once he get a new set of codes. So I wait, and he PMs me a replacement an hour later. So I try to go and use the replacement code, and the same thing "Account not found, contact support." I go home and contact Hendrick again and now he says that you must wait 12-24 hrs to activate. It was already past 24 hrs for the first code he game and and 20 hrs for the replacement which is within his time frame of waiting. So I wait a bit longer, and I try to use the codes again. Then still "Account not found, contact support." So I go back home and contact Hendrick. I start to bug him about it with 3 msgs, then he replies a day later saying that he does not create the codes and he can't do anything about it, he says that the user Adi28477 is creating code and he can help me resolve the issue. I PM Adi28477, and he just ignores me. I contact Hendrick again telling him the whole situation once again, and he continues to tell me he can't do anything. I message Hendrick saying I need this issue to be resolved. Hendrick responds saying that they're working on it... and nothing gets done. He also tells me that all the codes he sold that day did not work. Hendrick also states "If we get the method up and running..." This is the last message, it has been 5 days since the purchase.

Made that post before this scam report :/ gonna send him his code now.

UPDATE sent the user his code, kinda pissed because I was gonna send him his code even if this scam report wasn't opened kinda ass tbh :(

Update, got a replacement code that worked today. Everything was resolved, just had to wait a bit for the fix.
