Description
So Mr. Robot had a service for XMR mining and the deal was that I send him $1750 (.2btc) to make $6k/month but it turned out that he asked me for my XMR wallet address and told me he will provide the setup for me and instructed me to just check the wallet the next few days then after the next couple of days there was nothing in the wallet and i kept messaging him but he kept ignoring me until i posted on his thread again and he is now in denial about our deal. (most messages were done through privnote.com)

While this is most likely true, sadly it won't hold up as you don't really have any proof since he sent you privnotes and you didn't screenshot them.
