Hello everyone! Today I'm going to release on how I actually get traffic to my YouTube channel known as "Kiazio".
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS MEANT FOR HOW TO VIDEOS, REVIEWS, AND TECH RELATED VIDEOS AS I HAVE NEVER MADE VIDEOS IN OTHER CATEGORIES! I ALSO CAN NOT GUARANTEE TRAFFIC, VIEWS OR ANY OF THE SORT, I'M JUST GOING OFF OF WHAT I'VE LEARNED OVER THE YEARS OF DOING YOUTUBE!
Now... I use to not upload much, but I'm changing that. The only way to keep getting traffic, views, subs, adsense $$$, etc is to be active (I myself am not that active.)
Thumbnails:
The first thing you want to do for a YouTube video is make a thumbnail people want to click on, and look appealing to the persons eye. (I will admit not all my thumbnails are like this, but that's because I had to make some on gimp or whatever that trashy photoshop software is called)
Here are some examples of thumbnails people WANT to click.

You could also make a thumbnail that is a theme of your YouTube channel like UltraHacks does.

Keywords:
Now this is where the magic happens. It's good to put the year in the title even though it may seem click-bait It's really not. It just helps people find a how to video that is working in that current year, and a lot of people type the year in after a search.
Everyone should use this site known as https://keywordtool.io/youtube
It has helped me so much, after I started using it I started to get triple the amount of views.
When you do use the keyword tool, make sure you type in everything related to that product and put in the max amount of tags you can for the best result.
Subscribers:
If you are having people be linked to a download, or something you own. I suggest you use the website known as toneden. It makes it where people have to subscribe to your YouTube channel before they download a file or visit a link.
If you're directing people to download a file, I highly suggest to host a file else where, and make people unlock the direct download link. Reason for this is because they REMOVED my last account for hosting files that was "copyrighted".
Look and Design:
You need to have a logo that looks nice, smooth, or just simple. Something where people will know it's you!
You don't need a lot of photoshop experience for this. If you don't know anything about it, I'm sure you could pay someone a cheap amount for one, or get a template no one uses.
You also need a banner that looks professional, this can be harder but like I said if you don't know how, just hire someone or get a template NO ONE uses.
You could also just lookup how to videos on how to photoshop, and make logos and such.
Add stuff to your about page, it doesn't have to be anything neat, nice, or pretty, just something where you can place info about your channel and partners.
Sponsors and Partners:
If you want them I highly suggest you make an email (I would use GMX, or Protonmail.)
When you place your email on your YouTube channel in the about, and start getting some traffic you'll get network request, sponsorship request, etc. AGAIN You have to be decently active for people to want you!
Please do remember it though, and check it often. (Unlike my dumbass I didn't check it, and didn't notice the [censored] partnership I could've got D: )
TIPS
If you're just starting out I highly recommend you tell all your friends and people you know about your YouTube channel.
Heck if you're in a game, chat, or anything... SELF ADVERTISE!
If you're not dedicated, you will not be going anywhere. Just tell yourself to make videos!
Please include your voice in videos, this truly helps. People seem to like voice tutorials a lot more than robot voice, notepad typing, or subtitles.
It doesn't matter what you sound like, as long as people can understand you.
