Even her hair looked much better.
And the chin touch which indicates he's lying is crucial for anime viewers to understand Haise's character as he wasn't pleased. They also removed the scene where Haise was crying in his room after Urie called him a ghoul.

The majority of users are finding it hard to watch wherever you watch it. If you haven't read the manga they essentially skip over some really important events. This is probably due to them trying to fit like 10 chapters into each episode.

On to the more important topic, I like touka's anime hair, she is for sure way cuter in the manga, hope they don't cut out X tho...
