I'm using a external ethernet adapter to USB and I seem to be getting 100kbps max when a week ago I've been getting 300mbps minimum. On the Resource Monitor it says that it's on a 0kbps network I/O and 0% network utilization.

I also tried wiping my whole PC but that didn't seem to work either.

Ethernet is fine on my other PC, hitting the cap.

I think it might be the adapter ye.
The weird thing is on startup when I open up speedtest it'll give me 300 upload and download but after 5 mins it sinks to 3kbps

NVM it's something physical, I unplugged the wifi extender and my speed jumped.
