fast way:
open p.o box have your amazon wishlist and other stuff send to the po box extremely safe way buy bitcoin/xmr go to a darknet market get a fake id made or find your local fake id maker open p.o. with fake id and lease you typed up yourself on the net have gifts,ect sent to po box 
Just make a cashapp with your real name, and then transfer from fake to real cashapp.
Just a word of caution. I use to take cashapp. After 3 weeks, it want's me to confirm identity with name/birthday/last 4 of social in order to receive any more payments.
