This deal was initiated on a different HF account n a previous HF account I had which I lost the password to, I eventually did find the password but this account I had already got accustomed to.
I made a deal with phybeя [uid=195796] for $375 at the end of December 2017. At the time when we were negotiating prices and as I was giving the money, he managed to message fast and without much concern, not to mention he seemed like a reliable person due to his standing on HF. After asking many times when the job would be completed, I would generally get an answer like "next week" or "Thursday" even though nothing would ever happen. After several months of this I request my money back and after weeks of waiting for a response, he agrees, says he will return the $375 on the 5th of April, and that is all I've heard. I know he is on the messaging service since often I will see him as idle or active, though he will never respond to a message. I have the screenshots, right now I am just incredibly angry.
