Back Story:
So, this happened in October 2017, during a BTC to PayPal exchange
Why did I wait this long to make the report? Only because he had taken a vac ban immediately after and I thought he was going through some problems and would resolve it one he got back. I had this intuition since we had 3-4 successful exchanges before without any problems.
Now, after 6+ months he came online and is reading my PMs but he ignores me. So, I believe it's time to make a DD so he isn't able to scam other people.

Looks valid to me. The accused is online now, looks like no reply from him.
Unfortunately people tend to vac ban themselves after scamming in hopes that when they come back, it'll be blown over.

Thanks for the support. I kinda had faith because all the previous deals were legit. But now I guess I misplaced my trust.

User contacted me, we have few friends in common.. exchanged 250$ BTC deal went smooth.
Not sure what's up and why it took you 6 months to open deal dispute but that sucks
