[Chickendipper]

I bought a dedicated server recently that I have no use for currently due to real life obligations. Looking to rent it out to another user.
Specs:
32GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM
2x 2TB enterprise 7200RPM HDDs (currently only 1 visible to OS)
Intel Xeon E3-1246 v3 CPU (4c/8t, 3.5GHz with 3.9GHz burst)
20TB 1Gbps uplink followed by unmetered 10Mbps
Server located in Finland
1 IP address (up to 6 additional for a monthly fee)

I was going to use the server to host some Minecraft servers & ecommerce sites but ran in to issues with real life obligations. Server is currently running CentOS 7.4 but I can install any OS on it for you. Similarly, I can install any software you might need for whatever reason (wanna host websites? servers? I got you.)

Since this is a legit server rented by me through legit means, I can't allow blackhat/greyhat activities. Doing any dumb shit that will potentially get me in hot shit will result in me denying you access to the server.

Looking to rent this out for around $80/month full access (will continue to pay fees whilst you're using it) which is still a good discount for a server like this. It'll be an absolute beast for game servers, hosting larger websites or provisioning VPS'.

Send me a PM if you're interested.
