User had a tread for YouTube verification badge, promising to deliver blue(verification badge) to my YouTube Channel for $175
He failed to do so and told me that he will refund me fully, but he is making excuses day after day. No need to explain further as ill just post pics.

TL;DR We agreed that if Moody doesnt deliver, i get a full refund, he didnt deliver, on 4/19/2018 he told me that he will refund in Friday, he is like 1 month late.

Told user that he will be paid back but unable to send it as I've upgraded my PP account one to a PP business one, and needed to submit my information in regards to my company and LLC. Have been waiting on them to unlock my payments as my account is currently locked from sending any payments until my information has been verified.

I've been away and had an issue which led to the delay in the user receiving the money.

I've told him I'll send it as soon as I'm able to once my PP account is allowed to send payments instead user threatened me to open a dispute, and gave me a deadline of 24 hours to give user his money back, how am I supposed to do that if my PP account doesn't allow it?

As soon as my information has been verified by them, and I've faxed in some information so it shouldn't take a while now until it's unlocked, and user will be paid back.

Keep telling user he isn't being scammed, and he'd receive his money as soon as my account is dealt with.

One month late? User paid me to submit his account for verification until he told me that he's account was hacked into in regards to which I've contacted YouTube on my own to help this user recover his account and been inactive due to a recent car crash that I've been in my fellow customers have been informed.

it's simple tel him when your account will be released or refund him with other currency. he don't have to wait you.

As You can see from his post below, he cannot send money and refund me as his PayPal doesnt allow him, he is limited, and he can buy services from dudes on HF. What a bullshit story.
