If you are to choose from a phone and a security camera system, what would you choose?

For me, I'll choose security camera system. It feels good and secure to have eyes around your house, it makes it a lot more safer. There aren't any serial killers around here but having a security camera system is better than having a phone sharing all your photos to everybody. An iPhone's cost is more than a cctv system for your house, you would gain more security than buying a phone.

You, what would you choose?
I already have two-way radios here for the whole family but I'm planning to upgrade to something better or just add repeaters all over here. We don't know if shit happens.
