I know there is a way to get your hand on it you can install software on it. I'm looking to remotely get the software on it without getting my hands on it. This is a newly bought one. I'm looking to basically send a link via anonymous text, like some ad and then have it be installed. I'm not sure how i can do that. This is just a trust issue, I need to confirm something. Wiling to offer $ for help.

You could use a rat to take remotely control by letting your victim click on a link and let them install (without knowing) your program.

Use Android SDK to make a RAT .apk file, then make a website using HTML5 & CSS. (I learned from w3schools.) Upload your website to SPAM and name the .apk file somthing convincing like Free Giftcards, Free V-Bucks, ETC. Once they download the apk file on to the device you can do whatever you programmed the apk file to do in Android SDK, so as you would want, a remote access tool. If you can touch the device you can simply install TeamViewer for Android.
