Here is a small SMS Bomber that works with multiple carriers. Hoping to expand on different mailing options and carrier options. Any suggestions or opinions are appreciated. This source also explains what each function does so it is a good small teaching tool I would guess.

There are a preset of phone companies that are pre built in the code. I'd say if you wanted it to work worldwide just take a look inside the source code. There are explanations of what each code does so you know what to do to add things. To answer your second question, yes there is a pre built exe to use in the debug folder.
