Description
The guy bought an adwords account from me ,As i had an Open Scam report which is being resolved , He sent him half Funds by Paypal as services ie 45$ Next day he raised an dispute over the payment and told he will cancel it when ads show up.
A day next to that his ads started appearing up . I messaged him he said he will pay me rest 45$ and cancel dispute aswell as vouch on my thread But from the movement he is not replying , I have sent him countless number of messages over skype and even i pmd him on Forum but he is not opening the PM despite browsing the forum .

After I made a simple test campaign to check if it working.
You told me I can't change anything or add new campaign beacuse I will get instant ban. So I have one shitty ads showing up. Thanks for telling me this so early  😅
So basically I didn't have any ads.

Well Instead of having the expenses Back which not even 10-20% of the amount of transaction i will let the dispute to be open up here so members can read about same
and can also read the counter arguments you have posted .

To resolve this you will need to send me the amount you owe me .
