Just a simple encrypter and decrypter tool i made.

I put it here in case someone finds it useful, do not forget to save your password, reccomended to keep important files unencrypted on a offline disk

Yes C#, If i was more confident i would of used C++ but since i code mosterous trash in C++ i will get better before i go releasing any of that lol

a crappy one, i think it may have been Base64 but im making a better one, im going to make like a random toolkit with bunch of extra tools and stuff in it when i get a chance.
