Who actually cared? Earlier the rules applied now it is revoked so everyone followed the rules till today thus the ban were vALID.

They shouldn't be unbanned, they asked for rep while knowing that rep represented their trustworthiness in the marketplace.

Idk this is like the crack epidemic issue, people got put in jail for 30 years on small drug crimes that would only be probation today. Honestly, if they were solely banned for asking for rep then I think they should be given another chance.
