I asked #Doge for a complete package for my group, I paid $ 500 but the same day I paid him and he confirmed that he got the money, he left the forum.
I know he is a well-known designer of the forum, and I do not understand why he did this and that's why I open this dispute, I've been waiting for him to reconnect since 06-03-2018 (11 days),
which was when he left the forum and he received my money.

I tried to contact him by Discord and by Skype, looking for his means of contact in the forum, but there was no luck.

Looking at his post history he has had many times he disappeared for a month or so but when paid 500 bucks there is no excuse you shouldn't have to wait over a week for some graphics this is total bullshit and this is the downfall of only being able to use crypto it's a double edged sword either you allow pp and you can chargeback on bullshit like this and risk getting charged back on or you only allow crypto like forum is now and if scammed you have no hope but to beg the person that scammed you for cash back.
