Was dealing with him about a BTC trade for $55 PayPal Funds. He left after I asked if he has sent the BTC stating that he did but I never received + when I asked for screenshot was nowhere to be seen. Also added me to ignore list on HackForums.

for this to be more effective (and to be received as a valid deal dispute), you should put his UID in the thread title, and follow a more organized format. link his profile and link as much proof as you can.
