does someone know how to create a extension spoofer / have a source code?

Add the extension you want to spoof to to the end of the file name in reverse e.g. if you want to spoof test.exe to a .jpg add gpj to the file name (testgpj.exe) and then insert U+202E (Right-to-left override) character before the spoofed extension (test[U+202E]gpj.exe). You probably could have just googled this.
