I want to reverse this path so it is like goin up instead of down.
By "This Path" I mean the rounded curve down.

Where are your anchors? There's a few ways to do this (If I know what you're asking for)

That area you've got in red, do you want that flipped vertically?

If you simply rotate your anchors, it will most likely fuck up the whole concept.
What I'd do would be slice that area, right click -> Transform -> Reflect -> Vertically
