Can someone help me I'm trying to look for code snippets on how to stop a service when task manager starts and start it when its closed? Is this possible I know people are doing it with bots etc.

You can use this method: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library....110).aspx to check for processes and see if Task Manager is active.

Took a bit from this source, to put together something that would be useful in your case. This uses WMI to watch processes for when they start and terminate, it's not as fast but definitely works.
