There's a difference between installing missing drivers and updating to the latest version. MOST hardware drivers are sent to Windows 10 update catalog so you get the latest driver updates but that's MOST of the time. Not always.
If you have a OEM Pre Built like Dell, Lenovo, HP, etc. you can either use their automatic tool or manually download each driver from their website (manual preferred).
Don't go downloading ANY driver. Sometimes Windows 10 pushes an update that has a newer version than what that OEM manufacturer has. Great example are the display drivers HP and them list. They're outdated... Verify you're installing a newer version.
Also, create a system restore point in case something goes wrong.
If custom built, go to your motherboards driver page (make sure it's correct motherboard model and rev #) and install the newest driver (verify versions here too). Otherwise the only other hardware is your graphics card that requires a standalone (NVidia/AMD) driver update.
Don't forget the BIOS update and if you wanna go all out, some hardware have firmware updates. Do your research on that if you wish. Lastly, keep in mind updating to latest version won't make your computer any faster.
PS: NEVER EVER USE DRIVERUPDATE (by Slimware) OR ANY OTHER SOFTWARE NOT OFFICIAL BY THE OEM. Aura explains Drivers in this post the best:
