I remember that I could use textnow.com to text to different phones without paying, do you guys know a similar website that offer the same thing?

I wanna send out text messages to pepole in Sweden.

Back in the day a lot of mobile phone network operators would allow customers to receive messages in the form of email, most mobile networks no longer support this feature due to people sending messages for free and email SMS bombers.

If you have a phone number to verify a Voice account with you can send unlimited texts for free using the number provided to you by Google Voice.

Twillio is made for developers, but you might be able to send messages to Sweden from their console. It's like $0.010 for a text (To a U.S. number, atleast)
