He sent money to someone who messaged him on the skype. He didn't verify my skype and I have sent my pp addy on HF message. He ignored it and sent money to other paypal.

I ASK BOOLEAN TYPE TO:
Show HF message when I confirmed skype user name.
Answer why he sent money to other paypal address than I sent him in HF PM message.
