Basically what happened is I bought his Lifetime Adobe account and he upgraded my account, but after a week it was expired. I have been contacting Horus for awhile now to see if he could replace it or at least give me a refund ($15). I have tried to get in contact with him multiple times the guy even rep'd me so I know he's active

If anything this shoudlve been a deal dispute. But i presume you didnt use a contract.

Im just saying thats how you get things resolved. Making a community alert is almost a guaranteed way, to be blocklisted from a bunch of sellers and not get your money back

A seller blocking me would be dumb as I am very legit and don't mind going first if everything sounds right, a legit seller doesn't have to worry about negative threads cause they don't ignore buyers. This isn't going anywhere, I will close this thread once I get a reply from him.
