Installing outdated LAMP on Ubuntu

Hey there!
I need to setup an Ubuntu VM with LAMP that is intentionally outdated and vulnerable for testing purposes.
It has to run Ubuntu 12.04 or 14.04 and the following:
Apache 2.2.22
PHP 5.3.10
MySQL 5.5.54
I know how to traditionally setup LAMP on Ubuntu but I don't know how to install specific versions of outdated packages including their dependencies that are not supported anymore.

I have done my research, googled many hours but with no result that is why I ask for help.
Thank you 😅
I would just get a really dated ubuntu minimal or net inst ISO and install that to a VM in virtualbox and then I would attempt to install the programs manually from tarballs of those specific versions or debian based packages for those specific versions. There was a place called Suse studio years ago that let you build your own distro with your own packages, perhaps that is a viable option for you. It allowed creation of the ISO image and download in minutes, and it was free. I do not know if this service is even still operational.
Pink Floyd is one of my many addictions. I'm sorry but I'm a free member and thus, I cannot give rep back to you kind folk who have blessed me with your presence.

My howto on Arch servers on ARM devices (samba/dynamicdns/staticip/vncserver/ssh)

The proper way, if the packages are still in the repos is via pinning: https://wiki.debian.org/AptPreferences
