I'd say around $30,000, if you want to 'live' a little. If you just want to survive $20,000-$25,000 should do the job.

Well depending on the university fees I would set that aside but probs around 10k just to survive from the year. I'm from the UK so I know I need 7.5k to live but this year I'm only getting 4,5k

Depends on country and living standard tbh
For example in my country 300euros would be enough to survive monthly(with utilities counted) and to live good around 450-500e i'd say.

Well prices are a lot cheaper than in Germany but bcs of difference in living standard ppl from Montenegro go to work in Germany(for example they earn 3-4k euros there) while thats small amount of money in Germany here its a lot. I often see ppl going with nothing to Germany/France/Swiss and comeback here and live like bosses.
