Pretty simple method (working at 03/08/2018 - 18h GMT):
- Go to Amazon.de and sign up (just use Google translate)
- Place an order for any version of Blacks Ops 4
- Confirm delivery address (can be fake)
- Select pay with Ideal and press cancel on the payment page
- Go to your mailbox and check if there is a code
- Cancel the order

It does work and always has. Amazon don't take payment until the game is shipped which is not till October. Just have to wait till you receive the code, it doesn't come right away, usually a day before the beta starts.
