So I was looking on the currency exchange and say v3rtices respond to a comment, I looked because I thought he had scammed before or something, but I cant find the post so don't quote me on that.

Also turns out the retard admitted to scamming him multiple times

Turns out he also admitted to scamming him because he didn't make a contract, so he is targeting users who are unfamiliar with the whole contract system.
He says he scammed this user because he the person who got scammed was getting impatient that he hadn't sent the paypal after v3rtices received the btc. He couldn't refund the user because he had already "cashed out" but claims he didn't need the money.

Nobody should deal with this user he is a complete retard who thinks it is okay to scam because someone got impatient? Nice kidding yourself.

2] I tried to send, declines, wait to call them, they werent open to call, I take a nap for like an hour, I wake up to him spamming me and him calling me a scammer everywhere.
3] I said Ill send as soon as Paypal opens, he begins threatening me and assuming Im a scammer
4] I quit trying and just flat out scammed him.

You have like 3 scam reports and you always say PayPal wasn't available at the time you tried to send the money as an excuse. If it was the first time maybe we could believe you, but three times in a row is too much of a coincidence don't you think?
