Nowadays? I'm just here for the nostalgia.

Microsoft is on drugs. I don't see a normal windows user that mainly uses it for web browsing to pay monthly for windows.
Just 1 more reason to use Linux.

I can't see this working out for Microsoft.

I only see it working on big Enterprises that use windows only software, but after this I think more software developers will start focusing on Linux and Mac OS

Taking "personal" out of "personal computer". If only games ran a bit better on Linux.

I can't see this taking off, especially if it's to be forced upon all W10 users and not selected audiences or versions of Windows. I use Windows daily because of work and Uni but I only use Linux on my own machines. This will probably persuade many sysadmins to go open source, but a great deal rely on Windows specific software.
Pink Floyd is one of my many addictions. I'm sorry but I'm a free member and thus, I cannot give rep back to you kind folk who have blessed me with your presence.

partner services like nvidia new and liquid sky, this isn't an innovation at all, also 3 seconds of delay? even on gaming targetted services like gforce new and liquid sky and some other ones, there's still a really big margin on performance.
